I do not have the sensors. I was going to ask the local body shop if my chrome bumper could be painted. $600 bucks for a rear bumper is retarted!

Are their holes behind the original fender badges and how did you remove them? Where did you get the replacements? Truck looks sick but I like the front end with the brush guard

Mine also has the reverse sensors so there's more holes and such in the bumper so yours may be less. But yeah these steel bumpers ain't cheap. We couldn't find one used even for much cheaper. And well at least you know you're not missing a harness. That's a plus.

Yup ther are 3 holes behind each factory emblem. I heated them up with a heat gun then used 3M adhesive remover, then installed the new ones. I got the new 2012 emblems from tacada ford or something like that they are on here.

Truck looks much better! I am slowly de-chroming my Vermilion Red XLT. PTM'ed the mirror caps/handles last weekend, and I'm going to finish my emblems this weekend. Only think I have left to de-chrome are my bumpers. Honestly though, I may just leave them. New bumpers cost a forturne and you can listen to the steel painted bumpers rust on a quiet night. I bet that's what happened to the OP's, probably rusted and got replaced with the stainless since they hold up better. I'd paint my stainless ones, but its a ton of work to do it right.
