M/T ATZ Owners?
Hey guys, still kinda new to the forum. Thought I would post this to see what sort of response I get. I have had these 305 70 18 Mickey Thompson AtZ's for about a month and they seem to be doing well so far. They are quieter than expected and balanced out really well. I had them in some stuff last night and here is the aftermath. But I haven't seen very many sets of these tires around locally nor here on this site. I was wondering if anyone else has these and if they are still as good after some mileage. I only bought these because I got a killer deal on them. Let me know what you guys think!

one of the main things i like about them just like ratchet said was nobody really has them. down here its bfg all terrain this, and bfg km2s that. And the occasional open countrys here and there.

they are kinda price those 33x13.50's are almost 400 a piece...i may just go with Cooper Stt's instead....only 271 a pop for 33x12.50-20, choices choices. the mtz's are nice too and heard guys getting 50k outta of set

ya the 305/55/20 that i want are 340 each, but thats 30 dollars cheaper than bfg all terrains and then the list just gets more expensive from there. A real good buddy of mine has the cooper stt's on his gmc sierra and they are real goooooodd looking

yea if BFG came down on the price of their 305/55/20 they would be a hit with everyone, but 400 bucks a piece, damn that's pricey, but they are great tires too though. i remember my first lifted truck, i was buying new tires for 500 bucks, hell now almost 1 tire is that much...boy have times changed.

I have the 285/70-17's on my truck and like them so far. I've had them about 2 months now and so far the only complaint is that the installer (Discount Tire) way overinflated them when they installed them. Otherwise they ride well, aren't too noisy on the highway, handle well, and look good. I wanted the wider 305/65s but I also wanted the white letters, and the white letters won out in the end.
Up here the majority of tires are either the BFG ATs or Toyo MTs. The Toyos are nice, but at $333/tire before install and tax I flat out couldn't afford them. I do like that I almost never see another truck with the Mickeys.

So far they are pretty nice. Not very noisy on the road. Highway speeds are really smooth. They cleaned out nice in the mud and clay down here, I think they even pulled a little better than the BFG AT's I used to have. They are pricey, but I have only seen them on two other trucks around town, another F150 with (285's I think) and a Super Duty. They look cool and are different than the BFG's and Nitto Terra Grapplers, which EVERYONE seems to have around here. We will see how long they last. Thanks for the responses!

I'm new to the site and I have some 325/60/18 MT ATZ. I love them! They have great traction in the rain. I've only had them since November...
