luke warm hvac 2004 f150

any thoughts? blend door? what would it take to fix.

Most likely blend door motor is bad.... Does it sometimes sound like there are mice in your dash?

when i first start it i can definately hear plastic clunking noise from the passenger footwell. does the dash have to be pulled to repair?

You access it behind the radio and by dropping the glove box down. It's not a hard job and that sounds like your problem.
