Thumbs up lowering kits..

Hi, I know all you guys want to lift, but has anyone gone down?

I've seen a couple of lowering kits, but how is the ride? any comments, suggestions?

i was wandering the same..i took the rear block out which brought it level with the front but was thinking of going down 2 more inches..

I don't mean this in a deragatory way at all but why would you want to lower a 4x4 and an Off-Road truck?? It just doesn't make any sense to me. I have a 2WD F150. Come trade with me and lower mine and I lift yours.

I never even read he had a 4x4, you are right If mine wasn't 2 wheel drive I would have definitely gone a different way

I am not a big fan of lowered trucks. But Riz, your truck looks really good. I really like how it looks. The ground effects look sharp.

but how's the ride? im thinkin of doin a 3/4 drop...buti don't wanna sacrifice any ride.... it'll already be a little worse cuz lower profile tires

I am riding on 20" low profile tires, yes it is a little bit rougher, do not know how much difference stockers would bring,

I was looking into air ride technologies, they have great system which will make ride perfect, but cost is high in thousands, My drop only cost $600.
