Low rpm surging-anybody experienced this?

i have a 206 with 84000 miles on it and mine does the same thing i cant figure it out eithere mine does when i first start it up in the morning and then take off for work or leave work going up a hill it does it but then stops no cel on nothing i figure it out either so if you do let me know
