Default Low/rough idle dead end

I think Im at a dead end with this idle problem but I"ll throw it out there one more time. 2004 Fx4 5.4 with 98k miles. In the last month I've replaced spark plugs, cops, fuel filter, air filter, fuel module under spare. Cleaned throttle body(off of truck), cleaned MAF sensor, new thermostat, trans fluid drained and new filter, oil change with motorcraft filter, all new(refurbished injectors). Most of these things I did for maintenance not knowing the history of the truck and some to try and solve my low idle. Looked and checked for vac leak. took it to the mechanic yesterday and he could'nt find anything. Its never thrown a code. He checked fuel pressure and hooked up his computer or whatever he uses that I assume is better then my actron scanner and found nothing but agrees and felt the low/kind of intermitent rough idle. I don't think the idle was this low(500) or so before I did the tune up.I tried the relearn several times. he mentioned a reflash and is looking into that. The symptoms are low idle that jumps around a little and in my oppinion the truck does'nt seem to have the get up and go that it should but otherwise drives ok. It does'nt stall or anything, just the idle is off. The only thing that I can do is to start swapping my new cops one by one with my older ones and see if anything happens. Other than that I give up and would gladly try anything at this point that I may have missed. I know this is a common topic but wanted to try one more time hoping someone may have had a unique situation like mine
