LOW Oil Pressure Warning

Sadly, your gauge wasn't lying. You definitely have either a clogged sump, failing oil pump, or something along those lines. Better not drive it too much, or it will end up costing a WHOLE lot once you ruin the main/rod bearings.

OIL PRESSURE - coupled with P0340 P0345 P0022
@Czuber, regrettably I agree with @redfishtd and the others who have chimed in to diagnose your issue (correctly I believe). ALL your symptoms and codes suggest the plastic guides cratered, got into/clogged the pickup tube - effecting oil cavitation / phaser / tensioner ineffectiveness, and even possibly jumped a tooth on timing resulting in the P0340 / P0345 etc.
I participated in a lengthy thread trying to help a member track down a single P0345 code - including exhaustive electrical diagnosis and replacing the PCM - to no avail. FINALLY (& embarrassingly) - One of the surprising things we learned is the P0340 - and P0345, while OBDII descriptions both sound very much electrical "circuit integrity" related, "can also be" mechanical timing of the Phasers on the chains. Ie: a phaser ONE TOOTH off from having jumped time - or perhaps stretched timing chains or fully extended chain tensioners. See the lengthy post here where a member chased THAT problem for a long time and finally found bank 2 simply one tooth off. The thread is OLD, but has been updated with confirmations as late as October of this year:

All your symptoms seem to go together. The Oil Pan is not "TOO" big a deal. There is a nice How-To located here:

Sorry, & Good luck

The mechanic I took the truck to told me I am having a fuel issue. Could be injectors, regulator or fuel pump. I must have looked at him like he was nuts so he went into this exhaustive explanation that was over my head. Basically, when the engine is starving for fuel these other codes will pop up but they are not the cause just the effect of the low fuel pressure. I'm getting a second opinion.
I asked him about what has been said here and he just dismissed it. He thinks my Phasers are just fine

The phasers may be fine now..... but without oil they wont operate correctly and the other crucial parts wont get oiled either.

I have a 2016 F150 5 liter and just got a low oil pressure warning while accelerating. The engine drop RPMs, but kept going. Oil looks good and there is enough. Any advice. I will get it to the dealer ASAP.

You’d probably get better help posting in the generation for your vehicle. This is for 2004-2008 F150s. You’d also do better starting a new thread instead of reviving one several years old.

Since those systems use oil pressure to drive them I would guess your oil pump
screen is clogged . Oil pan needs to come off , if its plastic guide pieces you need timing job .
My oil screen was 60 percent clogged . You have to pull tube out in order to get it clean . But that's not going to fix your broken guides . I did whole timing job with new melling 360 oil pump .
