50miles/80km. I get a tone and my display reads low fuel level exactly when km's remaining hits 80km.

Look guys I know its not a good idea to let it get that low and I usually don't but due to some unforseen circumstances money was very low and I was wanting to know if I could make it back home from work in case the bank issue was resolved. I appreciate all the responses though.

Hahahaha... Same thing here... This is the first time since i've owned my truck that its been under a half of a tank... Low fuel light ain't on yet. Still have to drive home.. And to work tonight... And then to the gas station... Waiting patiently for my check to show up in the bank

Money will be a lot lower if the fuel pump burns up! Ask me how I know....my wife made it a habit years ago to run the tank to empty; make that fumes.

At least it was easy to drop the tank (it was empty) when I had to change the fuel pump out. She no longer does this!
