Check where the sway bar is closest to the frame, I just replaced my bushings because my bar was moving every time I would flex one way like you describe I'd get a clunk or pop. Check that out I'm really confident thats it!

Default Ive got the same sound

I too have noted this noise both on my 2014 f150 V8 2x 1700k miles work truck and my personal 2013 f150 ecoboost 4x4 since it was new with currently 8800 miles. We haver a 2009 f150 2x small v8 at the shop with 80k mile that makes noises as well. butt I have only heard about it not experienced it as I don't drive that vehicle..

However, I also notice this noise sound while reversing, hitting a bump and turning left out of my drive way as well as intermittently when making a sharp left turn. However the noise is coming from the front right /passenger side. If you have ever heard a mud flap get sucked up in a wheel well or a tire bottoming out on a fender its the same noise or sound.. However there is absolutely no sign of damage to my fender or fender skirt?? I can not get the left/drivers side to make this same noise.

I too would like to see an answer for this issue.. I've got stock wheels, no lift etc.

I'm here to help, f150Munk! I'd like to look further into the 2014 and 2013 vehicles you're referring to. I have a few questions about these vehicles before we get started.

Please send along the 2014's VIN and I'll get started. Additionally, please let me know if either vehicle has been to the dealer and if so, what the outcome of that dealer trip is. If you haven't done so, I suggest having your dealer take a look; let me know once you get an appointment scheduled.
