Loud Clicking from Fan Relay?

Last couple days, I started hearing what is a loud clicking from what sounds like the fan relay... I say that because it occurs when I hear the fan change sounds... Anyone experienced this? Is it bad, good or normal?

2004 F150 w 40K on it
