So I got my truck driveable again. Replaced all the brakes, rotors, control arms, battery, alternator. I took on a test drive and it the voltage jumps around anywhere from 12-18 volts, the idle is very rough, it stalls out occasionally, and twice all the electrics cut out and shut down then restarted again while I was driving. I'll try to get a video tomorrow, but any ideas would be great before I take it to a shop.

Hmm, recheck all your battery and alternator connections and cables. What was wrong with it before replacing all that?

well mostly mechanical, suspension, brake issues. I think it had a misfire before but I'm not sure. I haven't driven it enough for codes to throw.

I still guess the battery connections and cables or a bad alternator out of the box.

So I got it to throw a code P0356. Think that could be causing that issue?

Coil 6 or plug 6 is bad. To rule out the COP, swap 5&6 see if the codes changes to a P0355, it if does, the COP is bad, if it stays P0356, the plug is bad. Or the connector to 6 is worn/no plugged in correctly. Look for chaffed wires on the connector.

if I'm looking at the engine which plug is plug 6?

You need to fix the above issue, jumping all over is a sign of bad voltage regulator.
