Default Looking to upgrade... what do you guys think?

So I am looking at getting a new truck and there is a local listing that is over priced but i am probably going to go take a look at it in the next couple of days because it is only 8 miles there so it will be easy to walk away...
2005 f150 supercrew lariat
No rust which is a huge plus in MN
Interior looks great
High miles 220000 :/ He used it for business and put on a lot of miles
and it has an exhaust leak but thats whatever because i plan on putting on an exhaust anyways...
Anyways what do you guys think this is worth?
Check out the pic!!

Gawd I hate those camel/tan interiors.......

I'd be checking the underside very carefully for rust, pretty hard to escape it in Minnesota.

SCrews aren't my thing, I just bought an '05 standard cab FX4, 160,000 with a newer motor and teh entire front suspension rebuilt for $7000 in very nice condition. I really like it. A Screw should book for a bit more.

At 220K you are looking at so many worn suspension components and engine and transmission internals going.....especially with the 05 version of the 5.4. I assume he may have already done the cam phasers though, so that may be a plus.

And FWIW, I have had better luck with higher mileage vehicles, maybe because the bugs have already been worked out?
