Okay now pics should be up, phone app crashes and freezes when you try adding pictures
Hey guys I'm trying to replace my tailgate hardware. Now I have already tried to retap and the use the fitting to try and make shift the hole but its not holding. I want to replace the hardware with new galvanized torx screws before I get the bed sprayed with rhino. Does anyone know where I can get the these types of screws? HomeDepot,Lowes and Ace don't have anything close.




Also is there a way to plug the top of the bed rim(where the plastic panels are)? Im wondering if I should just cap the top with a new plastic or see if they can plug the holes and spray over. My only concern is the way the rim of the bed is not a smooth flat bend instead it



Mine are flapping/slapping when off roading making all sorts of racket.

Oh one more thing what is the name for this trim style? I need to order a new ashtray/cupholder with the face plate.

I ordered all new hardware from Rockauto last year for around $60-65? And that was for all the bed bolts and tailgate. And the new hardware was Hex. So if you don't have your heart set on Torx I'd say just go back to the hardware store and match it up with something strong and purdy haha

Purdy LOL! yeah that's all i have seen at ace and home depot were the hex kinds. Hmm if i find them i will post them up. I'm not giving up yet i got a couple weeks till my appt.
