Default looking for a lift?

I have a 2005 Ford f 150 lariat 5.4 2wd 4 doors and im been wanting to lift it up. Dont know what kind of lift I should look into and how lifted I should go. I dont want it that lifted any help on what kind of lift I would appreciate it. Thanks posted a pic of truck

Looks to have lowering shackles on the rear.... install regular shackles and do a 2" front level and slap on some 33's and call it good. Will look better and get decent mileage still.

I would do either the rancho quick lifts or the bilsteins

I didnt think the ranchos worked for 2wd?

Thanks so if I do the 2 inch lift in front Im keeping the original suspension all around

All a lift in the back is going to do is add to the existing leaf springs. Be it shackles, blocks, or extra leafs. The front will change by either lengthening the strut or putting a spacer on top the strut. With Rancho and Bilsteing you will end up with new struts up front.
