Default Looking into a 6" lift kit need help.

So I'm looking hard at the BDS 6 inch kit. What I'm wondering is what is necessary and what isn't. For example I want to put the dual steering stabilizer or a single? And are the kits suppose to be bought with them?

Thanks in advance

I have a 6" rough country and it didn't come with stabilizers. I believe their needed if you go any higher but I may be wrong

No it's not necessary. The only thing they'll help with is bump-steer. I have an 8" BDS with no steering stabilizers and I honestly have no need for it.

Steering stabilizers would help more with straight axles. Since the 04-08 is IFS they are not needed

I want to say the gears and bearing kit was 1200ish for both I may be wrong it was awhile ago and I installed them myself so no labor.
