Looking for 2004 FX4 Lifting Suggestions..
I have a 2004 FX4 and I am looking to get a little lift.. (front tires rub a little) And I really just want that higher look.
What is the best way to get a couple of inches that will put the least wear on parts? And if you're aware of locatons in the Houston / Friendswood area, that will do a good job, that would be awesome as well. Thanks for all the help in advance.

Senior Member
Most people use a leveling kit, 2" or 2.5" to raise the front. This will give you the room you need assuming you are using a tire size equal to or less than 35" (4x4) or 33" (4x2).

2 1/2" leveling kit that's been in almost 4 yrs. with no problems, running 315x70x17's.
