It's a lift for the rear seat so you can fit deeper subs and give them more box volume.

Thanks for clearing that up gator. Yes its to lift the back seat so i can fit my subs that i already have under there. Its so expensive for just a seat lift that i was curious if anyone has done it some other way?

not sure how much bass your looking for but i have two 10" kickers under my rear seat and they sound great. i have the amp turned down pretty low, they have plenty more power in them but i just dont need it. both fit under the seat at factory hight, just something to think about.

If i was buying new subs i would just find some that would fit under there but im currently running jl audio subs and i have paid to much to just set them aside and buy a new set then probably a new amp that wouldnt be as powerful. I had this previous set up in my last vehicle and thats why I was trying to get it to fit in my truck now.

10W3s? I believe foxacoustics.com (member joefox on here) makes a box with enough depth to fit them without a lift kit.

No there 12's.... I have seen people fit 2 10's under there stock, but its im possible to fit the 12's because the mounting depth is 6.65 and the seat only sits at like 5.5 i believe?

Maybe you could trade someone locally for some subs that will fit. I've heard that passengers hate the rear lifted seats. I personally would be worried about what would happen in a crash to passengers as well.
