Default A little help please?

I got an 07 F150 5.4 3v and I got the engine rebuilt back in September. Shortly after I started hearing a rattling noise underneath and soon discovered that one of my cats was bad(po420) then 2 weeks later another code (po430) came on. Now I got 2 more codes on po340 and po345 which I understand are cam sensors bank 1 and 2. My question is will the 2 catalytic converter codes trigger the cam sensor codes?

I highly doubt that cat codes would trip cam sensor codes especially since they are unrelated parts.

Not necessarily. I got the same codes along with a bank 2 rich code. I figured out the cat was clogged a little too late and ended up putting a new engine in bc the piston got a hole burned through it and ended up breaking a connecting rod.
