Default In line fuel filter

I have a Scab 04 with a 4.6 . I want to change out the fuel filter. But when I went underneath The filter is like snapped into a metal bracket that is bolted (2 bolts) the the fram. It seems to be rusted in. The from clip is the one that you need a "special" tool. Or a pen cap. But the back clip is different it looks to have a RED plastic clip that I think you pull up on to slip it off. Anyway does anyone else have this bracket. I went on line and saw nothing about this.

Did you want to replace the rusted fuel filter holding bracket ? Or do you need help getting the fuel filter disconnected ?

I was unsure if it was just clipped into that bracket or held in some other way. Didn't want to force somthing n break it. My back fitting is different then yours. But the front is the same thanks

Should be the same type of clip, no? How is it different?

EDIT::
Yes, the filter itself if just clipped into that bracket. Just takes a little force to get it out.

Mine is like that yellow one on the bottom. (except red)
I believe it's a Flex/Regular difference.
