I did some searching and even though Ford and web sites are swearing the 2007 Navigator has an FPDM, other owners are saying they eventually discovered the fuel pump is controlled by the PCM and their problem was the fuel pump - not the mysterious non-existent FPDM.

I did some searching to after my post about rockauto. It does seem to be part of the pump assembly. Go figure

The PCM is still a FoMoCo PCM - it's just that some programmers don't support their specific strategy codes. I think the older Edge 15051 was one of them (?). But, AFAIK, Lincolns were always supported by SCT - heck - Troyer ran an old Mark VIII he custom-tuned many years ago.
