Ricer wannabee refers to 16-20 year old white boys driving around their Hondas with flat-bills and fart pipes. If you dont like my posts or language, block me. Its simple to do in your user control panel.

Because it would only work if everyone blocked you. Whether I see it or not, comments such as those are at best juvenile, condescending and distasteful.
