Light bulb

I have a 2006 F-150, 4 door cab. How do I change the light bulbs in the over head console map lights?

The whole unit will pull down. May be kinda stuck on there if its never been removed.

Map lights

I'm guessing the outer cover snaps onto a sub frame? Is there one end that I should pry off first? I don't want to break any tabs off.

Yah all they have are the taps that push in, no over lapping ones. You should he good, just start from the front or back and work the other way

You have to pull the heck out of it, will scare you when it does; you will think you broke it, all should be good though. The rear one does have a cover that snaps off though.
