Only downside is it blocks the airbag sensor.

That's exactly what I was thinking you could do! How much light do those put out? I'd imagine you could also get some LED light bars about 12" or so in size to put on each side. Maybe something like this

I'm in serious need of a mount for this 20" rigid that's laying on my living room floor
I'm going to a muffler shop soon to see if they will weld me a bracket up high. My mesh grill will be in Thursday. My next issue is that I want it wired on a 3 way switch so I can cut it on off and auto on when high beams are on.

I think the white driving lights put out about 700 lumens and the amber around 300-400 lumens. The lights I ordered are 7" long and almost 1/2" wide so they should just fit in the H bar spaces in my grille. I also ordered some LOCK IT POSI TAP connectors to splice into the turn signals. Much easier without having to strip wires and do T connections with electrical tape.

The grille also blocks the airbag sensor....And correct me if i'm wrong...but the airbag should deploy regardless of whether or not there is an 1/8" piece of steel in front of it. If you come into contact with something hard, chances are it's going to engage the airbag due to the fact that it is a pressure sensitive system. I'm not sure if the airbag sensor in our trucks is mechanical or electrical, but both work in the same manner, sending signals to the inflator. Anyone have any insight to this?

Wasn't being rude, it's where I most likely will mount mine as well...just wondering the forums thoughts.
