Default LED Light bars?

I know they probably arent very good quality at all, but ive found some light bars on ebay/amazon for around $60-70 each and it says driving/spot/flood lights. Could i buy one of these and mount it in the bottom grille of my truck? I understand it probably wont be that bright but i think it would look good in the bottom grille section so im mainly going for looks but i also would like if it was bright as well.

Specs are:
. Lumens: 12,000lm
. Color Temperature: 6,000K
. Life Expectancy: 30,000+ hours
. Beam Pattern: Combination
. Beam Angle Flood: 60°
. Beam Angle Spot: 30°

Also says 120W LED lights

Would it be a decent little purchase for only 60-70 bucks? Not looking for anything major just a little appearance change and a little extra light

I bought a opt7 brand off eBay, and it's not horrible. Paid like 160 or more it's been a while and I've been happy with it. Only thing is the color faded but that's not a big deal to me I was gonna eventually take it off and get it powdercoated with my paint
