Default Lifted my 05 Lariat

I installed a lift kit in my 05 Lariat. This is the truck that replaced the 07 XLT that I owned for a few trouble free years before I wrote off.

The lift is a 6" rough country with a 2.5" level and a 3" body lift. The tires are 37/13.50/17's and the gear ratio is 4.56.

There is a bit of paint touching up I will have to do and I am going to replace the plugs and coils tomorrow for preventive measures. I have a misfire in cylinder 7 which I believe is a coil. This is my 3rd F-150.

I am still working on my first gen cummins. I will hopefully be done this spring.

This is the 07 that I wrote off. It was also a 5.4 but an XLT. It is the donor of the 4.56's. It was a nice, modern good driving and dependable truck unlike the 6.0 I had in between.

I went back a few years but I got a good deal and the interior of the lariat is far nicer.

Not sure yet with the new truck but it was reasonable with the old one. I dont really remember what I used to get a tank but with 4.56's in the red truck and 37's, it was pretty close to stock.

I have no clearance issues. I tried 38/14.50/20's on the truck and they didn't rub either. I bet I could run 40's lol
