If you're looking to stay within the 3" to 4" range, then I recommend Rough Country. Everybody's definition of "complete' is different, but RC is a solid "mid-level" kit that tends to represent a good value proposition.
My truck came with a 6" ProComp, but if it was stock, then I'd probably be looking at the RC 4" kit - all the drop brackets, brake line relocation, and decent shocks (not exactly Bilsteins) in the price. The kit runs about $1200; not the cheapest, but not high-end $4,000 long-arm/extended coilover stuff either.
What are you looking to accomplish? Clearance for 33s/35s or off-road durability? If the former, then a simple Rancho setup will be much cheaper.

I'd say Rancho 4"... Check out swimtexan and buckshot... They are both running the Rancho 4" and soon to be me and they are running 35's.. Swimtexan said he got about 5 1/2" of lift..... 4 wheel online has that kit for $1496.00...
Zone has one also for $1299 on their site but i'm sure you can get if for cheaper...
