I made one for my firehouse plate... I work for fastenal so I bought flat stock aluminum drilled it to fit on top of the tow hook on the passenger side then put a slight bend to make the hook functional and a 90 deg bend at the end..... Took another small piece of the flat stock and drill for the plate bolts on the bottom and attached the two pieces together...... Then put those sticky bump stops on the back of the plate to make sure if it flexed is didn't rub off my paint on the bumper
