I am going to machine my own levelling kit. I am gonna make them like NCD makes them. Does anyone know the dimensions? I know that they are 1 3/4 thick, but i need the outside and inside diameter. I can figure out the bolt hole circle, but if you know it, that would be great. I am a little bored at work so i am looking for a little side project i can make this afternoon!

i would go to the parts store and open the box and messure it up.and if the guy behind the parts counter gives you a look,like what are you doing just say you have a different brand name and it wont fit,or send the ol lady in they can get away with anything.lol dont tell mine i said that. no really dont say anything.

yah, i was thinking of buying them, going home, measuring them up, then returning them. They are really simple to make, i just need sizes.

still hoping to get some sizes. I am thinking of buying the kumho mt tires and would need the lift in the front......

my 2" kit is as follows.
2 circular pieces are 6" across and are 1/4" thick. total height is 1 5/8". the 2 circular pieces are welded offset from each other. 3 studs that are pressed in. might want to measure your factory studs to get proper distance. hope that helped.
