I have an 04 XLT CrewCab and I cant help but to notice it feels rather sluggish. I understand the truck is 10 years old and all but it just bugs me haha any tips or cheap mods to improve? I heard of the Gotts mod and wanted to know if that would be worth it? anyways anything would help!!

Well depending on previous maintenance, I would start with new plugs, COPS, fuel filter and take off and clean your throttle body and MAF. Not sure what "cheap" means to you, but if you have $250 a used Edge Evolution will be your best bet.
