i did the Rancho Quicklifts and I really like them. they gave me the same level that I previously had with a spacer. They were very easy to install. just take the old strut out and put the Quicklift in.

Cheapest, easiest, and best looking mod for an F150 in my opinion. I have a 2.5" HBS kit and it ran me just $50 shipped from a guy on this forum. They retail for something like $85ish. With a price tag like that, you can't really go wrong. Yes it'll wear on parts faster but to what degree and at what speed is openly debated on this site. I say fork over $85, level that b**** up and don't look back. For a 4x4 like yours a 2.5" kit should put it at exactly level, go 2" if you want to keep some factory rake... (measure difference from top of tire to peak of fender well on front/back) GOOD LUCK!

X2 I wish i had known about these when I started stage 1... I went with the ProComp 2.5 inch level and now need new struts up front... dangit! I thought the level was the way to go but i have been wrong before.... like thinking I would get more than my own vote for TOTM.....

Rancho quick lift is the way to go... RockAuto.com is by far the cheapest place to get them, and they have a pretty good rebate going on right now. I'm getting ready to order a set for my truck next week. I had a set on my '95 F150 and on my 2000. Best $400 for front struts and rear shocks you can spend on suspension leveling kits. My last set if you bought front and rear, you got a $ 100 rebate, so it only cost $300. The rebate deal right now is, buy 3 get one free, but the freebee will be for the cheapest ones, which will be the rear.

I went with Bilstein 2" leveling struts.

So far no negative issues with them.

I just put in rancho quick lifts, I like the ride and being able to adjust the ride, and it's actually very noticeable.

And I got the fronts for 154 a piece and the rear 86 a piece!
