Question Leveling kit and offroad tire size

So I am getting a 2.5" HBS leveling kit I will be stuck with the stock rims for awhile which are 17" i have heard people running 315/70/17 which is a 35" tire but realistically can i do anything other than just drive around town or should i go with a 33" tire instead which i believe is a 285 right

I got it, and they fit 35's with minor rubbing.

I have the 3" kit, with 35x12.5x17" A/Ts on stock rims on my 06 4x4. They rub on the uca at full turn, but it has a minimal affect on drivability. No problems at all off road - very capable. There are some pictures in my gallery if you're interested.

i have a 2.5" hbs and 275/70/18 33" they fill up the gap and look good imo i didnt want 35's unless i did a lift so i did 33's instead for mostly on road driving.
