Default Leveling Kit

I'm getting a 2007 Lariat tomorrow from a private seller and I can't be more excited!
Anyway...to the question, "The tires on the 07 are almost gone the seller says and I'm eventually wanting to go to 35's. I'm looking at a leveling kit. I don't really want 20's (what is on the truck now from factory) and am looking at 18's in the Moto Metal 951's. I don't know the back spacing of these wheels, but would I be ok to get an 18x9 in these wheels with 35x12.5 and run those on the street for awhile till I get enough money for a PC lift? I'd rather not do any trimming and don't know the back spacing on these wheels, but I'd rather not buy wheels twice or have tires installed twice. What should I do?"

Also, what leveling kit would you get? I'd like to get one that has front and rear like this RC one: http://roughcountry.com/ford_f150_leveling.html
