It was easy. Just follow the directions. This is my second leveling kit to install I did another on my 2 wheel drive 06 as well. The 4x4 was just a hair more difficult but if u follow the directions it's not bad. It took me and a friend about an hour. I haul a trailer all the time and it don't squat it too much. Def don't make my head lights face the sky. I don't mind dealing with the squat when it's a cheaper way to fit bigger tires. Guess everyone has their own opinion though.

How noticeable is the power loss from the bigger tires?

It's not noticeable. I am about to install an edge evolution programmer in a week or so. Im not worried about power loss I'm mainly using it to change my tire size and will be looking forward to a little bit more power as well

Thanks for the info man. Now it's down to deciding between the HBS 2.5 and replacing shocks or going with the loaded quick lift from rancho. I guess that's the great thing about driving an F150; so many options for after market products.

I just went with a steel spacer I got off of eBay for 68 bucks. My friend spent alot on his leveling kit and it's the same thing I have. I wouldn't go with a welded spacer just from what I've heard
