So if I do this will it replace ALL of the blocks? Cause if I still have to have the factory block with the 6" leaf springs then I would assume that I wouldn't need the factory block with the 8"?

You are correct.

In either case you will need to find out whats going to give you the correct pinion angle, likes shims.
