I don't think a leveling kit will have much effect on you mpg....IF it did I would think it may SLIGHTLY increase by a point or two due to less drag from the front end.

Now...the tires are a different story. I would say probably atleast 1-2mpg loss (maybe more maybe less). You can always even that out by changing your gearing though to better match a larger tire.

maybe someone else can give you some more specific answers.

If you are asking a MPG question chances are you should not do this... That being said I can't imagine 31x10.50s changing your MPG much.

I've got 32x11x20 on mine with a 2" level kit and I get ~13-14mpg driving 85% city. Hope that helps!

35's when I wear these out, can't wait to see what that does to my mpg!

Yea I know another MPG question and I know you don't buy trucks for their MPG. But be honest everyone still thinks about it. So yes I am asking a MPG question.

Mine is 2.5" leveled on 32" by it's 10.50x20 instead of 17. Close, but maybe it's a good approximation?

Thanks. I am trying to figure out if 31s are going to look too small after the leveling kit.

I run 33's and sometimes they look small to me, I have flares too so I think it's exaggerated because of that. Check out my photos....
