Install 101: Test before you install. I've always used RCA connections, so plug RCA into video, touch power and ground to battery. Did you test prior? I know some cameras work without ground and some don't, so I'd start with the ground. How did you tap into the wires? I've used T-taps and you have to get them just right sometimes.

No I didn't test before I put it in. And I just used those crimp butt connectors. I may go mess with it a little bit and see what I can figure out.
