I bought some tunes from these guys and still can't get them on my tuner! I've messaged them multiple times and don't get a response! I spent quite a bit of money with them you'd think they'd be more helpful in customer service! It's been a few months and still can't get the Pegasus program to say connected! If Anyone can help I would be very grateful!

Unfortunately, a lot of people have had issues with PHP. There is a few threads on the forum about it that I've seen.

I've heard go to their forums for speedy responses. I believe they have one on their site. Been on the f150 forums for a couple years and it seems their tunes are great once you get them, but getting them sounds like a pain. Good luck.
