How about some fuzzy dice, and a mohair headliner. Then maybe the level kit.

Level kit, set of agressive tires, and a black pin stripe (will help break up all that red)

Best thing you can do to improve looks is window tint. You need a CAI to go with the exhaust. For something "creative" front and rear bumper replacements you don't see those very often

Window tint, Light bar in the bed, Bull bar on the front, Level kit something to break up the red look at 07FX4Chick 's truck hers is pretty cool.
