Default LED Tail Lights

Hello everyone in the Ford World, well a month ago I bought some LED tail lights from a company called MAXZONE and when I installed them my cruise control stop working thinking there was something wrong with my O5' F150 I took it to the dealer and they came up with a code saying that my brake was on and not allowing the cruise to come on so they change acouple of switches thinkin this would work. But didn't so I replace the LED's with my factory ones everything work just fine. So does anyone know if they are all like this or just this brand.

sounds like a faulty light....contact the company and see if they will send you new ones....that is a "less expensive" brand...i would only buy RECON if it was my truck...

This is the skinny on LED tail lights straight from RECON

1. the LED's has little Resistes
2. So the system thinks there is a bulb missing or not working.

3. The Fix Place a 20 Ohm Resistor on each Postitive side of brake wire.

4. Which I have no clue on what a 20 Ohm Resistor Looks Like or how to install it on the Postitive Side of the brake wire.

5. So I'm off today and I'll try to find out, wish me like.

Well beside shorting my brake wires, It didn't help, my advise is if you like the looks of the LED and can live without Cruise go for it. If not spend your money on some other mods
