Led gauge problem

Default Led gauge problem

Hey guys i recently changed my gauge cluster lights to led lights and i took off my needles to take off the green tint and now they wont work right and some dont move, help please?

Take them off and put them on in the full or hot or Higher speed/rpm and make sure they are pushed in all the way and actually pushed into the pin not next to it. Then gently rotate the needles to the left to the minimum marking then put back together. Also there is a dealer setting you get into by holding your trip reset button and turning your key into the on position. There is a gauge test function that resets your needles to zero

Let me know if this works for you!! And what bulbs did you use? I've been wanting to do this for a while but the bulbs I originally bought gave really bad hotspots.
