Leak on the passenger side of cab

Leak on the passenger side of cab
Hello,
I have a 06 XLT and just recently noticed a leak on the passenger side of the floor board. I noticed it right before having the windshield replaced, then I noticed that the weatherstripping on the cowl grill was in bad shape and replaced that. That didn't seem to help. Then I thought that water was some some how wicking in form the base of the windshield and taped that area off, but still seems to be leaking. Has anyone had this issue before and how did you solve the problem, or can you point me in a direction to check it out? I live in the southwest Washington state and there's a bit of rain here ...
