Default Key/Key fob all in one

Does ford offer a key fob and key as a all in one? I hate having the key and key fob separate.

Ford does have integrated key-fobs but I don't know whether they will work with your truck. This is the type I used to have for a 2006 Fusion and this ad claims it works for the F-150 as well:

You can also find aftermarket keys that integrate the fob into the head as a flip-key unit.

Based on my experience, I'd call these guys. http://replacemyremote.com/

I got one off ebay, and it worked, but the lock, and unlock images wore off the buttons within a couple months, and then it started falling apart when I turned it to start the truck. Tried a different one, again off ebay, and it was too short, and wouldn't go in the cylinder far enough to turn.

I called Replace My Remote, and they were very helpful. Got a Ford part that works first time. The only thing that looks a little funny, is that the remote has a button for the trunk release. It doesn't do anything, just looks funny.

I bought one of these www.ebay.com/itm/321336634763?item=321336634763&viewitem=&sspagenam e=ADME:L:OC:GB:3160&vxp=mtr on eBay for just over $20, got it cut at a local locksmith for $3 and it works perfectly. Fits ignition nicely.

Yeah, I bought one of those off ebay, although in my case it was a refurbished unit with a new blank blade, so it has the ford logo on it, but a few nicks, etc. Gotthe key cut as a local hardware store then followed the programming instructions for the remote part and the key part. Works with no problems.
