I've already replaced all 8 of my sparks thanks to the guide, 6/8 broke, that tool was a must have.

I have the cam phaser knock and have read through the guides to resolve the issue and how to replace everything also, this site has some awesome guides and sticky's so thanks for that.

Now onto my issue this new noise arose the 3 days ago. And it just seems to be getting worse. can you tell me by the sound what you may think it is? or should i shoot another quick video?

I drive a 04 F150 5.4 Triton, 88k Miles, New body style.

It sounds like someones outside my truck shaking a Folgers coffee can full of marbles/coins when i accelerate.
