It works better if you run it from the throttle body back. That way it runs the cleaner through the whole intake. The Brake booster is a large vacuum line. A gas engine creates vacuum while running. So if its sucking in air to feed the cylinders it will suck in fluid and feed it to the cylinders. The closer to the throttle body you can run it the more gunk it will clean out. Seafoam is a great product.

Not really sure on the mileage or plugs for that matter. I would say for the most part the plugs don't necessarily need done afterwords. I never changed them on my Bonneville after doing it and it's still running ok. The truck was running fine afterwords too. I did have the plugs done on the truck, but for another reason, paranoia
