I been trying to locate a forum thread about the shifter handle for the floor shifter on the 04-08 F150s. Has anyone changed the handle on the trucks? thought it would be neat to add a T-shift handle or something else to the truck

Idk but it sure would be sweet to get rid of that cheap Plastic "chrome" Lol I have seen a guy plasti dip it but havent seen a full on change on here.

Even switching to the new design would be sweet, but I've also looked around and haven't seen anyone do more than change the color.
I will give ford kudos for making it durable tho. I've had my hand on that shifter for 8 yrs and its still looks fairly new.
