Our MBRP system is about 1 year old now. Before we installed it--My Son and I! We used brake cleaner and cleaned all the oil off of the system.

Then once installed we applied 6 to 8 coats of high heat black paint to keep the system from rusting. As of today It still looks in excellent condition-->{From the Outside}.

Be bought the MBRP due to the fact it sounds very similar to a tuned GT Mustang. Which is what my son wanted. In town it is some what quiet-->Highway and Interstate driving it is a bit loud. But it sounds @#$% Good!

If you want quiet? Keep it stock!

For the members who are commenting on drone in the cab and also the sound level of the exhaust. What particular mbrp exhaust do you have installed. Cheers

I have this one: http://www.jegs.com/i/MBRP/679/S5216...ductId=1148292

With no cats and headers, the drone is crazy until 2k then goes away. Going to be getting high flow cats and true duals I hope by end of summer.

My new exhaust is freakin awesome. It turns a lot of heads and sounds great! The drone has also leveled out a little. No regrets here and i highly recommend a MBRP Exhaust. Its got a nice rumble and a good performance sound to it.
