hey i read online somewhere that its better to have your truck cool down before attempting to change the plugs. just my input on this matter. theres also a detailed procedure to follow that i found from a link on the maintenance section

Now you know thats the tool for the plug if the porcilin part breaks off right????Those are not very prone to breaking off.The tips are the more prone to breaking off from the two piece.I just dont want him to by the tool and that one not being the right tool thats all.i have both tools so thats why i know

Just another bit of info to help out. Also, I'd add to the previous comment that a completely cool engine is the best to attempt a plug change. Metal expands when hot so it would make sense that a cool engine wouldn't bind the plug as much, could be wrong.
