What paint did you use and what steps did you use to prep everything? Also how is e erupt I g holding up? I'm just worried if I paint everything and them it starts to chip or peel on me.

They sell it in oreilly's i cant remember what its called but its vynil and interior spray paint. I bought also ashesive spray and put that as my base coat about 2-3 layers then painted until satisfied about 4 layers.

Ok. If you don't mind can you post more pics of the dash and if you painted your door panels can you post some pics of them also? And how are they holding up?

The only part that doesnt hold up are tghe doors because of our sweat. I found out and bought oem black doors. Besides that dash pieces will hold up unless you scratch then with force and such

Same. I didnt know it could be done. If and when I need to figure out the phaser issue with the rockers and everything. If the bill gets too high just buying a 5.0 engine might be a better option.

Wouldn't the wiring harness, tranny, and everything be different on that engine though. Seems like it would also cost a ton more just figuring out how to swap over all the electronics, integrate all that into the dash etc... More info would be nice

Ortiz Performance in South Texas quoted me 5500 and i supply the motor said he just did one on his own truck so I'm guessing it can be done successfuly.

Default A little update!

Just got the original 23' saleens in gloss black, ordered a roush supercharger, and bought a built 5.4l. scrapped the 5.0 because the guy was taking way too long to get things done so i just got my money back. gonna also do a 2/4 drop and for my birthday my girl got me a toolbox with tools and all to work on my baby! will post up more updates as she comes along!
