Okay I got this box I want to mount in my bed. Does anyone think it would matter if I mounted it off to one side of the bed like the passenger side would it mess with the suspension in any kind of way? It weighs about 200lbs empty. I would mount it in the middle but I will need my jack to slide in and out easily.

The impact of an offset mounting would be negligible. If you are typically the only passenger you load your truck aprox 200lbs to the left. Keep this in mind as well as the weight of the jack in picking which side to offset to and try to distribute weight evenly.

That's true it's going to weight about 300lbs at least loaded down with tools. Also anybody fixed the bed shake?

That jobbox should fix it. Mine is just about gone just from putting a tonneau cover on it.

I looked and my truck has the weight on the driver side frame but the bushings Are slap wore out. Anybody else's like that?
