Default jerking and putting rough idle

Hi guys I have 2006 f150 with a 5.4 3v engine. 215k miles but motor was just replaced 2000 miles ago and has 87k on it. The fuel pressure read 0 psi with key on and about 5-10 psi with the truck running. I just replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. The truck jerks extremely bad between 40-47 mph. I feel it kick foward hard when going into 3rd gear right about where the overdrive kicks in and thats when it runs the worst. But always has a rough idle and usually runs rich, haven't noticed it run rich since I changed the fuel pump. It runs okay if your very easy on the pedal.

Just a few side notes here:
Ran slightly better with the new pump but still pretty ****ty
The old fuel filter was disgustingly past due. Muddy and black
The fuel tank was very clean
Hoses look good, replaced 1 vacuum hose
Bought 1 coil pack and switched around all 8 coils with no difference.
Also I haven't been thrown any codes to work with.
I'm possibly leaning towards a bad fuel rail sensor or multiple bad coils and plugs. Maybe possible clogged fuel injectors.
any opinions?
Thanks ,
Bodie

Have you checked the condition of your FPDM?

Yes I forgot to mention I did. I took it off and it looked old but in good condition. No cracks or anything and it wasn't decaying

I think I found the culprit. Clogged catalytic converters. Time to update the exhaust.
I'm gonna go with new cats and 2 flowmaster super 44s with an x pipe. That will be a nice chunk out of my tax money.

something plugged the cats up.

I would find out before the new cats or you will be replacing the cats again
